Our Carling Adult 5-a-side Leagues include:

• Fixture and rules pack for all teams.
• Squads of up to 15 players each season.
• Referees, all SFA affiliated.
• Promotion and relegation at the end of each season.
• Great prizes, provided by our league sponsors, Carling, for the  

   winners and runners up of each division as well as the player of the

   match each week.
